Carol Mazhuvancheril  AEA

Hello! I'm Carol, and my pronouns are he, him, his. My last name is of "Malayalam" origin. However it may also be pronounced ma-zue-van-chéryl.

I am an actor and theatre-maker of Indian descent, born in Kerala (South India), and speak both Malayalam and English. I grew up between Kerala, Austria, Switzerland, and immigrated to the suburbs of Dallas, Texas in middle school.

When I am not acting, I create theater with (and for) my Malayali community, attend ballets, design + develop responsive websites, and I am currently attempting to sport some luscious curls.

I am a graduate of Brooklyn College's MFA acting program, a memeber of both Actors Equity and SAG-AFTRA, and based and located in New York City.

I recently wrote, produced, and performed a solo play titled Song of Joy and I would love for you to check it out!
